Right of withdrawal (14 days)

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason. The cancellation must be notified by e-mail ( milo.levi12@gmail.com ) or by post (Miló Levente ev., 4400 Nyíregyháza, Szilvavölgy sétány 17/B 1. em. 3.). The product must be returned or brought back in person within 14 days of the notification of the cancellation. The cost of the return is borne by the buyer.

The purchase price and delivery costs (up to the cost of the cheapest standard delivery method) will be refunded within 14 days of the notification of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until the product has been returned. The buyer is responsible for any depreciation resulting from use beyond the intended test.

Defective product

In case of defective performance, you can claim a warranty claim (repair, replacement, price reduction or withdrawal) for 2 years from the date of delivery. Report the defect with a photo and the order number to milo.levi12@gmail.com . In case of a defective product, we will cover the cost of returning it.

Shipping

The shipping fee is automatically calculated by the checkout after you enter the shipping address. Depending on the chosen courier and payment method, you will see the exact fee before placing your order, we will not charge you any additional fees afterwards.

• GLS: for any number of tatami mats, by advance payment or cash on delivery (cash or card at the courier for cash on delivery).

• Pannon XP: up to 8 2.5 cm or 7 3 cm tatami mats, with advance payment.

• Personal collection in Nyíregyháza (Bokréta u. 18.), by prior arrangement, free of charge.

In the case of advance payment, the shipment usually takes place within 1–3 business days after the amount has been received, and in the case of cash on delivery, after the order has been confirmed, delivery usually takes 1–3 business days.

There is no online payment: for bank transfer, we will send you a pro forma invoice by email, for cash on delivery, you pay at the courier. For quantities over 100 pieces, you can also request a quote. The checkout delivers within Hungary; for other European countries (e.g. Slovakia, Poland, Romania) please request a quote, and we will agree the delivery fee and currency (HUF, EUR or USD) in advance.
